Bird Light (4.5%) is our American Lager. Brewed with Pilsen, Heidelberg, Carapils malts, and rice, it pours a light straw color with a bit of unfiltered haze. It opens up with notes of honey, biscuit and some white bread, followed by honeysuckle and rose water.
